About The Position

The position is a full-time role focused on supply chain management within healthcare settings. Essential functions include requesting, receiving, distributing equipment, managing obsolescence, and stocking general medical-surgical supplies. The role involves working closely with end users to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, and resolve discrepancies. The individual will maintain work and supply storage areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition, and perform periodic PAR level replenishment duties to maintain stock levels. Additionally, the role serves as a frontline Supply Chain support representative for ordering, data entry, and payment activities, assisting the Supply Chain Leader with special assignments, with over 70% of the time dedicated to inventory or data support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Supply Chain experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with health ministries and System supply chain processes within specialty areas.
• Ability to train colleagues and assume responsibility for extra assignments.
• Knowledge of all duties described in the Technician role.

• Previous Supply Chain experience in a healthcare, warehousing, or other distribution environment.
