The Supply Chain & Sourcing Principal plays a significant role in driving procurement value across a portfolio of brands including KinderCare, Champions, Crème de la Crème, and the Corporate Headquarters. This role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier management, and optimizing supply chain operations, especially for products and services that support our Centers! In this managerial level, individual contributor role, you will lead selected supplier relationships, are responsible for processes within our ERP Procurement module, and ensure efficient delivery of products to new Centers in partnership with the Growth team. You'll be responsible for sourcing strategies, driving RFPs, leading negotiations, and running contract lifecycles, all while driving cost savings, operational improvements, and procurement standard processes.
