About The Position

The Vestas Graduate Programme is a two-year international initiative designed for recent graduates to gain comprehensive experience in various areas of the organization, particularly in Supply Chain, Service & Logistics. Participants will engage in tasks that progressively increase in complexity, contributing to Vestas' mission of sustainable energy solutions while developing their personal and professional skills. This program emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity, and the importance of addressing the climate crisis through innovative logistics and supply chain management.

Requirements

• Hold or will complete by September 2025 a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• Possess limited full-time work experience after graduation.
• Demonstrate a solid grasp of business concepts.
• Exhibit an international mindset, preferably with experience living or studying abroad.
• Be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Show good methodological and communication skills.
• Demonstrate fast-track learning ability and openness to learn from others.
• Be professional, flexible, and able to handle ambiguity.
