Requirements

  • High school/GED + 4 years Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations experience OR Associate's + 2 years Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations experience OR Bachelor's + 6 months Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations experience OR Master's.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or manufacturing support.
  • Advanced user of SAP (or equivalent ERP), Excel, and planning tools such as RapidResponse.
  • Familiarity with quality systems (e.g., Trackwise) and document management tools (e.g., CDOCS).
  • Experience supporting clinical and commercial operations in a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze complex data, and solve problems proactively.
  • Knowledge of MES systems such as WERUM (a plus).
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for production planning and scheduling for both commercial and clinical manufacturing at the ANC site.
  • Ensure reliable supply through effective scheduling, raw material management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Execute and manage manufacturing process orders, ensuring accurate master data and transactions within SAP.
  • Analyze raw material demand, usage, and inventory to determine requirements and allocate materials appropriately.
  • Coordinate logistics execution for process orders and proactively manage material availability.
  • Support standardized planning processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Assist with new product introductions (NPI) and site projects, aligning planning strategies with operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Global Planning to resolve planning conflicts.
  • Conduct scenario analyses to assess scheduling impacts and inform decisions.
  • Support quality management processes including Change Controls and CAPAs.
  • Track and report planning KPIs to improve effectiveness.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and automate planning.
  • Contribute to ERP enhancement efforts and maintain data integrity across SAP and RapidResponse.
  • Be available on-call as needed to support urgent supply or production issues.
