General Summary: Manages comprehensive supply chain security initiatives across the distribution network. Leads the planning and execution of security enhancements, including the implementation of advanced camera systems, badge access controls, and other protective measures within distribution centers. Collaborates closely with corporate security, compliance audit teams, and supply chain leadership to establish security priorities, conduct facility assessments, and resolve compliance issues. Partners with Procurement to negotiate contracts, select vendors, and maintain accurate process documentation to support security operations. Job Details Duties & Responsibilities: Supply Chain Security Management: Oversee all aspects of supply chain security initiatives across the distribution network. Work closely with Corporate Security and other leaders to develop and implement safety and security strategies to protect facilities, assets and personnel. Manage capital and expense budgets related to supply chain security projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cost optimization. Security Systems Implementation: Plan and execute installation of new camera systems, badge access controls and other security enhancements within distribution centers. Ensure timely and cost-effective deployment of security technologies. Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with corporate security, compliance audit teams, and DC & SC leadership to align on security priorities. Assist with routine and surprise building assessments, security inspections and quality checks. Address and resolve issues promptly to ensure adherence to supply chain security standards. Mains fiscal accountability and assists in forecasting and maintaining department budgets. Vendor & Contract Management: Partner with Legal & Procurement on vendor selection, contract negotiations. Develop & maintain process documentation for security systems and vendor agreements. Risk Assessment & Continuous Improvement: Identify potential security risks within the supply chain and recommend mitigation strategies. Monitor effectiveness of new and existing security measures and propose improvements as necessary. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to supply chain leaders and corporate teams on security initiatives and compliance status. Serve as a subject matter expert for security related inquiries within the supply chain network. Building Systems Compliance: Collaborate with distribution center maintenance teams to ensure compliance with fire and life safety systems, including inspections, testing, and corrective actions.
