Uline is excited to announce the launch of its Supply Chain Rotational Program, designed specifically for innovative college graduates eager to jumpstart their careers in supply chain management. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of distribution, warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing, and logistics. Participants will rotate through different roles over an 18 to 24-month period, allowing them to learn from experienced mentors and industry leaders while contributing to Uline's growing North American operations. Throughout the program, you will develop a foundational knowledge of Uline's distribution operations, systems, and processes. You will work on cross-functional projects with our supply chain teams, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of how different functions within the supply chain interact and contribute to overall business success. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to travel to multiple Uline North American locations for assignments, enhancing your practical experience and exposure to the company's operations. Upon completion of the program, you will join our Distribution Operations team based on your interests and the needs of the company, positioning you for a successful career at Uline. This program not only equips you with essential skills but also fosters a collaborative environment where you can thrive and make a significant impact.
