Join our Supply Chain Rotational Development Program (RDP), a launchpad for recent grads ready to make an immediate impact. This 18-month immersive experience equips you with the skills, exposure, and mentorship you need to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. You’ll rotate across Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Production Planning, gaining firsthand knowledge of every stage in our supply chain. The program includes three impactful rotations: Sales & Operations Planning (6 months), Logistics (6 months), and Data Analytics (6 months). In each rotation, you will engage in various activities such as analyzing sales data, optimizing transportation, and building dashboards to guide decisions. In addition to technical training, you’ll grow critical workplace skills like communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership.
