The Supply Chain Resiliency Program Manager will lead proactive risk analysis of the automotive electronics supply chain to identify high-risk suppliers, commodities, part numbers (PNs), or nodes. This role involves working closely with various functional areas to develop digital models of the end-to-end supply chain to identify vulnerabilities. The manager will evaluate product flow paths and the revenue impact of disruptions and single-source/highly concentrated products. Additionally, the role requires implementing mitigation plans that address identified risks and optimizing the ability to maintain production. The manager will lead cross-functional workshops and drive actions to address supply chain risk, own the 'Risk Value Heat Map', and ensure that risk parameters and methodology are updated. The position also involves implementing and leading a program to drive supply chain risk assessment and resiliency into new program launches, as well as providing management reporting on supply chain resiliency. The manager will work closely with supply chain leaders to ensure resiliency is embedded into category strategies.
