About The Position

In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing supply chain operations across North America, ensuring product availability while maintaining efficient inventory levels. You will combine data-driven insights with cross-functional collaboration to drive planning accuracy and operational excellence. Working closely with sales, logistics, customer service, and manufacturing teams, you will align supply and demand to support business objectives. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, replenishment, or related operational roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and planning tools such as O9 is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in dynamic, multicultural environments
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage replenishment planning and inventory targets for assigned product categories across the U.S. and Canada
  • Analyze supply and demand data using SAP, O9, Excel, and BI tools to optimize planning accuracy and performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Transportation, and Plant teams to align capacity, demand, and fulfillment priorities
  • Monitor inventory levels, service performance, and exceptions, proactively identifying risks and mitigation actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing planning processes, system usage, and data quality
  • Document and log system improvements, user stories, and process enhancements to strengthen operational tools
  • Communicate critical updates, risks, and performance insights clearly to key stakeholders
