About The Position

The Supply Chain Reliability Lead plays a critical execution role in advancing supply chain reliability across Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. This role is responsible for conducting detailed analysis, supporting reliability improvement initiatives, digitizing performance management processes, and enabling data-driven decision making across the end-to-end supply chain. This position focuses on translating strategy into execution by identifying and socializing reliability risks and opportunities, supporting cross-functional projects, and embedding standardized performance management and reliability practices across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Reliability Analysis and Execution: Execute detailed analyses to identify reliability risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain. Support root cause analysis for service, inventory, and reliability issues, partnering with functional teams to define corrective actions.
  • Performance Management and Insights Develop and maintain performance dashboards, scorecards, and analytical outputs that provide clear visibility to reliability performance. Prepare concise, data-driven insights and materials to support updates to leadership forums.
  • Digital Enablement and Process Standardization Support the digitization of reliability and performance management processes, including requirements definition, testing, and deployment of tools. Enable consistent use of performance metrics, data standards, and reporting across functions and tiers.
  • Project and Initiative Support Support cross-functional reliability initiatives and improvement projects, tracking actions, milestones, and benefits realization. Assist in documenting business requirements, process flows, and standard operating practices tied to reliability management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Planning, Operations, Quality, Delivery, Procurement, and Value Chain teams to support execution of reliability actions. Act as a key connector between data, process, and execution teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.
  • Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve reliability and performance management workflows. Support after-action reviews and continuous improvement cycles to embed learning into future execution.
