About The Position

Program Management: Lead and manage multiple strategic projects and programs simultaneously, applying best-in-class methodologies to ensure successful delivery of outcomes, milestones, and resource allocation. Communication & Influence: Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. Create impactful presentations using PowerPoint and facilitate meetings to drive consensus and decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with global and cross-functional teams, driving alignment and execution of strategic initiatives across Supply Chain, and other functions. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data insights and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze large and complex datasets using advanced analytics tools (Excel, Databricks, Tableau etc.) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop reports that drive business performance. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Ensure all phases of project, program, and process development are documented. Disseminate information to relevant functional areas and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in program management, analytics, or related roles within a matrixed or global organization
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization), Databricks (or similar), PowerPoint (presentation design and storytelling); experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and geographies
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and stakeholder management abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma) are a plus
  • experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL
