About The Position

The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, executing, and reporting on critical supply chain projects. This position will work with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, or a related role.
  • Experience in managing large-scale supply chain projects, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project or similar) and supply chain software (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, PowerBi or similar).
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution
  • Strong MS-Office skills & experience
  • Strong numerical & analytical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Lean 6-Sigma Blackbelt trained (preferred).
  • Foundry Experience is a Plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for supply chain initiatives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain.
  • Analyze data to uncover bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives on procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution optimization.
  • Work closely with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams to align project goals.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure clear communication and accountability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related updates and issue resolution.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Track and address project risks and issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
  • Document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
