Requirements

  • Have no more than 12 months of prior work experience professionally related to the Graduate Hire Requisition they are applying to, (not including internships, teaching assistance, research work, or military experience).
  • Will have completed at least your bachelor’s degree prior to your anticipated start date with HP.
  • Able to obtain work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Implement key strategic projects to improve team efficiency and factory execution excellence with strong TCE outcomes.
  • Projects may include building an end-to-end timeline of critical tasks, milestones, and interdependencies to improve operational excellence and risk management for the Supply Chain Program Manager role.
  • Support the PLM organization team through providing a consolidated knowledge base for training material, process documentation, and key linkages to sites and systems essential to the role.
  • Work across functional teams such as R&D, product management, supply chain program management, service, planning, product engineering, and logistics to understand key deliverables and interdependencies essential to successful delivery of projects.
  • Utilize business analytics platforms and portfolio management software to simplify and improve collaboration, accountability, and end-to-end workflows.
