About The Position

End to End Supply Chain Data and Solutions, Sourcing and Production Operations team or Factory Team is looking for a dynamic and driven Supply Chain Undergraduate Project Manager Intern that manages the capability delivery driving value for Intel's business. We are looking for an accountable and growth mindset focused undergrad interested in expanding their Supply Chain knowledge while collaborating with experienced Project Managers and Supply Chain Analysts. The role’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supports planning, coordination, and execution of projects across the Supply Chain business domain. Assists in tracking milestones, managing deliverables, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Primary focus will be to collaborate with project managers and analysts to document business processes and their associated workflows while supporting strategic initiatives. As an intern, learns and applies knowledge, builds skills, and explores future career opportunities through hands on experience and projects that support Intel business goals in a collaborative environment. Primary day-to-day responsibilities will include: Read, understand, and execute software/business test cases Document test case results per template/process standards given Analyze and update documentation (process flows, training documentation/job aids, change impact assessments, Wiki/webpages) Attend and participate in team meetings Analyze requirements and create task execution plan This role is designed for students during their summer academic break.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Management Information Systems, or similar major
  • Must be an undergrad (Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior in College)
  • Must be attending a Community or 4-year college/university in AZ or Oregon
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.5
  • Must be able to work on-site at designated Intel campus 4 days per week minimum
  • This position is not eligible for Intel’s immigration sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Some type of prior work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft, SAP, or tools like JIRA preferred
