Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar procurement or supply chain role.
  • Strong understanding of core supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, data modeling, and Power BI or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience in supply chain analytics, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Production, and Finance.
  • Proven experience in supplier relationship management, including performance evaluations, negotiations, and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with both internal stakeholders and external parties, including suppliers and customers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory and make sound decisions to mitigate supply chain risks such as material shortages and lead time constraints.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a clear understanding of customer requirements to ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage urgent customer demands with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage various purchased materials for existing/new hyperscale data center deployment programs.
  • Evaluate customer demand, generate purchase requests to drive timely purchase orders release to suppliers via Hyve MRP systems.
  • Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to optimize material availability (pull in, push out, cancellation, etc.)
  • Work with customer and internal support team to minimize inventory aging, excess and obsolete.
  • Identify supply chain risks and mitigation steps to ensure material readiness.
  • Communicate status and risks regularly. Escalate in a timely manner.
  • Own the leadership communication on the program to all key stakeholders: program management, product sourcing, engineering, etc.
  • Provide ongoing transparency of inventory levels and ensure continuous inventory accuracy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, sourcing, engineering, program management, logistics, and data center operations to support scale, speed, and continuous improvement.
  • Generate and publish performance metrics on the programs.
  • Participate/present in weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews with customers.
