Supply Chain Program Manager
About The Position
The Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain and serves as the strategic lead for programâlevel material execution and supplyâchain integration within the Tactical Systems business area at our Greenlawn, NY site. The SCPM is accountable for developing, coordinating, and executing material strategies that align with program cost, schedule, and quality objectives. This role provides leadership across the full lifecycle of assigned programs-from proposal and capture through production and sustainment-ensuring flawless execution and compliance with internal and external requirements.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary supplyâchain interface to Program Management, Engineering, and Operations, driving collaboration, visibility, and accountability across Procurement, Subcontracts, Planning, and Logistics.
- Developing and executing riskâ and opportunityâmanagement plans.
- Leading Cost Account Management (CAM) activities.
- Implementing correctiveâaction plans when required.
