Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) to join our Precision Guidance Sensing Solutions Product Line at our Hudson, New Hampshire location. As a SCPM, you'll play a critical role in developing, coordinating, and executing material strategies and supply chain objectives for our precision strike missions. Job Summary: The SCPM will be responsible for leading the supply chain activities for a specific program, ensuring high-quality, timely material delivery to the factory. This is a highly visible role that requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of working experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Subcontract Management, Project Management, or Program Management
  • Ability to lead in a cross-functional team environment with a customer-focused approach and an aptitude for continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing and supply chain initiatives
  • Record of success in supporting increasing demand while continuing to meet key performance indicators
  • Strong diplomatic, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage and report status of projects within a project management discipline
  • Ability to provide strategic contributions while successfully executing on tactical projects
  • Successful, proven record of leading and managing multi-discipline project teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building, leading through influence, and effective communication at all levels

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree and a combination of 12 years of Operations / Supply Chain / Program Management Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Operations
  • Master's Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
  • Prior experience as a project manager
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
  • Program Management Institute's (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Demonstrated Risk Management experience
  • Experience with information systems such as Oracle
  • Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures with associated knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute program material strategies and supply chain objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Subcontract Administrator, Subcontracts Program Manager, Procurement, and Planning team
  • Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives
  • Balance strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs on a daily basis
  • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to drive strategy and mitigate material issues
  • Monitor performance metrics and proactively address program and functional issues
  • Strategically support proposals as the Supply Chain Lead, including Basis of Estimates
  • Act as material Cost Account Manager (CAM) for the program
  • Lead continuous improvement activities, including tools and processes for the program and business area
  • Serve as primary Supply Chain contact for the program
  • Lead the Materials Integrated Program Team, driving accountability and root cause corrective action
