The CSCP organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as plan, source, make, deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), sustainability, and decommissioning of datacenter assets worldwide. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. The Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization within CSCP lies at the heart of the effort to build the next generation Cloud. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
Experience in program management, preferably in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to influence without authority.
Familiarity with Lean principles, AI-driven process automation, and cloud infrastructure supply chains is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program management for initiatives within the Make and Deliver domain, ensuring alignment with CSCP strategic priorities.
Manage scope, objectives, and success metrics for programs that improve manufacturing and delivery processes and tooling readiness.
Support Product Managers with the development and maintenance of program roadmaps, release plans and break down complex problems into clear scope, dependencies and deliverables.
Partner with Product Management, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver integrated solutions for manufacturing and delivery workflows.
Engage with stakeholders across Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver to ensure seamless execution and risk mitigation.
Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and partners with clarity and transparency.
Identify critical risks to program timelines and KPIs; develop mitigation strategies proactively.
Implement Lean and AI-driven approaches to optimize processes and reduce cycle times. Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and adoption of best practices.
Define telemetry and reporting requirements to measure program performance against goals.
Manage dashboards and analytics to track progress and inform decision-making.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and deliver predictable outcomes.
