As a Supply Chain Program Manager II at Centrus Energy, you’ll be the driver behind ensuring reliability, quality, and continuous improvement across our supplier network. From scouting and qualifying new suppliers to mitigating risks and streamlining manufacturing processes, you’ll be leading cross-functional teams to keep our operations running smoothly and cost-effectively. What You Will Do: Lead cross-functional teams to elevate supplier performance and reliability, identify and qualify new suppliers, and create contingency plans to manage risks. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs, and track performance using meaningful metrics. You’ll be the go-to expert in making sure our supply chain stays efficient, resilient, and ready for the future.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
8+ years of related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and principles.
The ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance.

Technical know-how, including working knowledge of machine shop manufacturing processes.
