Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Role Overview The Supply Chain Program Manager is responsible for assessing, developing, and driving enterprise strategies to manage risk associated with critical and constrained materials impacted by legislative, environmental, and geopolitical forces. This role combines program leadership with hands‑on stakeholder engagement, translating complex market and supply chain dynamics into actionable strategies, visibility, and decision support for cross‑divisional leadership. For purposes of this role, Rare Earth Elements (REEs) and Critical Metals refer to materials essential to KLA products and operations that face elevated supply risk due to geopolitical, regulatory, environmental, or market constraints. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, requiring strong cross‑functional leadership and influence across a matrixed organization.
