We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Program Director to join our Global Supply Network Planning team to support our Backorder Resolution & Supply Planning Improvement Programs. As the Supply Chain Program Director , you will provide leadership and drive standard work amongst the regional supply planning team in coordination with your peers, and support implementation of global/regional process and systems enhancements to improve supply chain efficiencies that resolve backorder and distribution challenges. This position will be onsite in Lafayette, CO. There is no relocation budget for this opportunity. A Day in the Life: Performs supply chain and logistics functions such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, backorder resolution and distribution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant Supply Chain experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant Supply Chain experience with 7+ years of managerial experience.

  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead backorder resolution efforts, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, develop action plans, and drive execution to minimize and prevent backorders across the supply chain.
  • Analyze, develop, and implement long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.
  • Support business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.
  • Monitor key sales and operations planning performance indicators, and cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinate cross-functional work teams to increase the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
  • Support the organization through the implementation of new tools and systems such as Advanced Planning Solutions (APS), Anaplan, and Analytics & Insights tools.
  • Lead monthly supply chain reviews with sales, marketing, and finance, highlighting forecast accuracy, forecast versus financial gaps, areas of focus and risk, and financial and service performance and areas of opportunity.
