Job Overview: The Supply Chain Product Management Director will own Exostar’s Supply Chain Procurement collaboration solution and will be responsible for retaining existing customers and driving a multiyear growth strategy for the business. This role will report into the Chief Product Officer and will be responsible for collaborating with senior leaders across the organization to drive accountability with our technology partner and increase customer satisfaction with existing customers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in supply chain management or closely related fields.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of leading successful product portfolios in the SaaS or technology industry.
• 10+ years of experience in cross functional supply chain management (procurement, planning, finance and quality). Ideally within Aerospace and Defense industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship management skills at all levels of an organization, with the ability to foster collaboration and deliver outcomes in a timely manner.
• Experience working with C level executives both inside and outside the organization.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and teamwork skills. Strong presentation skills, both creating and delivering.
• Demonstrated understanding of and first-hand experience in deployment of next-generation supply chain technology to transform supply chain business processes.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to positively influence both customers and team members.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the supply chain convergence as well as core supply chain business processes and industry best practices.
• Proven track record in business transformation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year product strategy for the Supply Chain portfolio, aligning with Exostar’s overall business objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive growth and market leadership.
• Work with key supply chain vendors to identify and progress key areas of partnership to enhance the concept of ‘Network of Networks’.
• Work with internal stakeholders from sales, customer success and professional service teams to deliver a secure PO collaboration solution to our marquee customers.
• Identify feature extensions to the Procure collaboration product that will enhance our value to our customers.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond, ensuring continuous improvement and evolution of the product.
• Foster a culture of innovation by staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive product differentiation.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Sales, Professional services, Customer Success, and other departments to ensure alignment and drive product success.
• Act as the primary liaison between the product management team and other internal stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Engage with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the product strategy is customer-centric and market-driven.
• Develop strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and translate those into actionable product requirements.
• Evangelize the Exostar supply chain vision both internally and externally, in supply chain visibility and influence the development of ‘Information/Intelligence’ platform for the A&D Supply chain industry.
• Oversee the product budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
• Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and profitability.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Provide vision, direction, prioritization and guidance to the solution delivery team creating a sense of ownership within the extended team.
• Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
