Kiddom is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain & Print Fulfillment Specialist to support the operational execution of our printed curriculum and classroom materials distribution. This role plays a critical part in ensuring school and district orders are accurately processed, inventory is properly managed, and print materials are fulfilled on time for classroom delivery.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Curriculum, Print Vendors, and 3PL partners to ensure seamless execution from order intake through delivery. This is an individual contributor role focused on operational excellence, accuracy, and strong coordination in a high-volume educational fulfillment environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, print production, publishing operations, or order fulfillment.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and inventory or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex, multi-site shipment requirements.
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets and managing large data sets.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, seasonal demand environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting K-12 school or district procurement cycles.
• Familiarity with print production processes (offset/digital printing, binding, kitting).
• Experience coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
