About The Position

The Supply Chain Planning Manager at Amazon.com Services LLC is responsible for overseeing global supply chain planning and execution for Amazon Key programs. This role involves managing various aspects of supply chain operations, including demand planning, manufacturing planning, and inventory management. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective supply chain strategies that enhance customer experiences and ensure timely product installations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Experience in defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience in improving planning outcomes through performance management and KPIs.
  • 3+ years of experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience in driving process improvements and stakeholder management.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience specifically in the access control industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Amazon Key Supply Chain Planning areas including Demand planning, Manufacturing Planning, and Field OPS Supply Planning.
  • Manage Install Partner Supply and Replenishment Review on a weekly/bi-weekly basis for all global regions and install partners.
  • Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Cycle to capture short-term/mid-term sales demand and consolidate demand signals.
  • Propose a sound manufacturing plan on a monthly basis considering S&OP inputs and supply chain policies.
  • Drive quarterly and annual long-term Forecasting and Manufacturing Planning Processes in collaboration with various teams.
  • Collaborate with internal Trade Compliance and Logistics teams for compliant international shipping requests.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new vendors/warehouses/contract manufacturers to internal supply chain systems.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across stakeholders for long-term process evolution.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track planning effectiveness.
  • Analyze data to identify planning bottlenecks and recommend optimization solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales and Install OPS team members.
  • Evaluate planning performance of end-to-end supply chain deliverables and address performance gaps.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and seeking input.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of Amazon Key planning processes and products.
