Where You'll Work This role is remote and job seekers must reside in one of the following states PA, NJ, or DE to be considered. This role requires you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed. Your Impact Track all PO's both high and low volume going to multiple Fulfillment Centers, ensuring they are released by the Vendors, shipped, or appointed to the Fulfillment Centers, and loaded into a sellable status in time for all the product to go on air and ship to our customers. Work with the Transportation Team to find alternative transportation solutions within a similar cost to support on time delivery of units while maintaining allocation and ensuring a timing for deliveries to support in-market shipping. Communicate with On Air Planning Managers/ Buyers any product that will be late and present additional information on when that product could be expected, or present alternative options that may come at an increased cost or create alternative allocations that may not support in-market shipping. Reach out to Vendors regarding PO's not released and resolve any issues that may affect delivery of product. Work with Transportation teams to implement and re-route or plan any diverts or changes to destination while in-transit. Identify and rectify errors or issues with incorrect EDI information.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years
  • Education: Bachelors or University degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Role-specific Education or Certificates: Supply Chain
