Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations: Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain planning organization by reviewing current methodology and processes Document Current and To-Be Supply Chain Processes Participate or Lead Supply Chain continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams Participate and support monthly SIOP activities Plan, analyze and initiate activities for supply alignment to forecast and actualized demand signals Execute root cause analysis of stock outs, late and overstock situations and propose improvement plans to minimize inventory exposure and maximize revenue. Identify and communicate supply chain disruptions to internal cross functional groups as needed and work toward resolution Ensure new product availability in accordance with new product introduction plan by attending NPI core-team meetings and integrating NPI requirements including Initial Stocking Quantities, accessories and spare parts into production plans. Work with cross functional stakeholders to coordinate, plan and execute NPI processes Essential Skills and Experience: You will need to be an ambitious professional with experience in supply planning, understanding best practices and key principles with a strong analytical thinking.
