About The Position

The position involves planning, analyzing, and initiating activities related to supply alignment with forecasts and sales orders. The role requires executing root cause analysis for stock outs, late shipments, and overstock situations, proposing improvement plans to minimize inventory exposure while maximizing revenue. The individual will work closely with vendors to ensure delivery compliance and will evaluate and recommend continuous improvements to the supply chain. Additionally, the role includes managing direct sponsored projects and process improvements, ensuring on-time customer deliveries, and participating in monthly SIOP activities. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying supply chain disruptions and ensuring new product availability by integrating requirements into production plans. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders is essential for coordinating and executing the NPI process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience
  • Experience using ERP like Oracle/SAP, MRP, BOM, and analytics tools like PowerBI
  • Ability to understand and manage large datasets via Excel/BI tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional integrity in all internal and external engagements

Nice To Haves

  • High-volume CE / Consumer Electronics experience
  • Knowledge of PC components
  • Experience with Oracle ERP/Cloud modules like WIP, Inventory, Supply Chain Planning

Responsibilities

  • Plan, analyze and initiate activities for supply alignment to forecast and sales orders
  • Execute root cause analysis of stock outs, late and overstock situations and propose improvement plans
  • Work closely to ensure vendor delivery compliance including root cause analysis on late shipments
  • Evaluate and recommend continuous improvements to the supply chain
  • Work on direct sponsored projects and process improvements including cost analysis
  • Ensure on-time customer deliveries by prioritizing incoming deliveries and managing outgoing customer orders
  • Participate and support monthly SIOP activities
  • Identify and communicate supply chain disruptions to internal groups and work toward resolution
  • Ensure new product availability by attending NPI core-team meetings and integrating requirements into production plans
  • Coordinate, plan, and execute the NPI process with cross-functional stakeholders
