A Supply Chain Planner I, II is responsible for accurately ordering and coordinating the shipping of product inventory levels. The Supply Chain Planner ensures an adequate supply of product is maintained to meet customer order requirements. This role is part of the Operations/Administration team. Here's more of what you will do... (Okay, not all in one day!) Tracks days of inventory to ensure adequate levels of product are maintained. Orders assigned distributorship product to ensure necessary product is on-hand to meet forecasted demand. Follows up on open orders to ensure timely receipt of ordered products. Ensures the right products are delivered to the right location in a timely manner. Monitors out-of-stock and communicates product levels to appropriate departments/team members as necessary. Maintains timely maintenance of data pertaining to inventory, promotions, forecasting, and ordering for assigned suppliers. Meets supplier requirements as outlined in supplier agreements.
