About The Position

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Supply Chain Optimization Specialist! Ideal applicants will have a background in lean methodologies, and project management. Supply chain background is a plus. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Act as a change agent and help business partners self-assess business operations with the intent of fostering continuous improvement.
  • Perform stakeholder impact analysis, analyze the needs/concerns/expectations of each group to inform change management planning and activities.
  • Provide leadership to teams and stakeholders to provide recommendations and business case justifications for optimization.
  • Advocate for business process analysis and optimization through regimented process discovery and opportunity identification utilizing lean methodologies for the end to end value stream.
  • Manage and monitor reporting to track progress/results of process changes, and identify new areas where improvement is needed.
