The Company is known for producing the highest quality snacks in assorted flavors and sizes, including kettle cooked potato chips, traditional potato chips, tortilla chips, cheese curls and other extruded snacks, and corn chips, as well as cookies, crackers, and wafers. The Supply Chain Optimization Manager is responsible for monitoring network constraints and seeking out opportunities to maximize capacity, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, or ensure service to customers. Key responsibilities include completing scenario analyses based on changes to supply and demand, reviewing incremental demand opportunities, and presenting findings to cross functional teams to align and execute. This will include overseeing the Capacity Planning team and participating in the Executive S&OP process.
