The role also focuses on continuous process improvement, leading the analysis, design, and implementation of solutions to optimize various aspects of the supply chain, including plant layouts, inventory flow, warehousing, logistics, and SAP Warehouse Management. Performance monitoring is a key aspect, requiring the creation of internal analysis tools and the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI) using SAP reporting. The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and lead a team of direct reports, managing performance and goal setting.
