Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced level knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.
  • Ability to adjust communication style based upon varying levels of audiences you will encounter.
  • Strong interpersonal and technical skills.
  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Transportation, Distribution, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Planning, and Customer Success to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Work with IT to evaluate and implement new technologies and process enhancements.
  • Support special projects and duties as assigned by leadership.
  • Identify and facilitate process improvements aligned with key business goals.
  • Perform and evaluate economic analyses to support project recommendations.
  • Support initiatives that drive cost savings and operational efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Oversee project performance, ensuring timely completion and achievement of goals.
  • Lead or support training initiatives related to continuous improvement.
  • Track and audit project outcomes to ensure sustained impact and alignment with strategic objectives.
