Requirements

• High School diploma or GED; Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two years of specialized logistics or related operations support experience.
• Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software applications.
• Ability to prepare operational reports and service information.
• Ability to track and trace shipments, typically domestic and more complex.

Responsibilities

• Develop critical relationships with internal or external customers and assist with account management.
• Address complex or escalated customer questions and concerns regarding shipments, billing, and services.
• Manage document accuracy and oversee services requiring special handling.
• Track orders and shipments, assisting with tracing as needed, including complex domestic and international operations.
• Process operational data in software systems, identifying and resolving operational concerns.
• Utilize databases and logs to locate and verify complex information.
• Run, analyze, and summarize operational reports, presenting information to co-workers or supervisors as needed.
• Interface with carriers to understand requirements and track shipments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Create and process invoices, reviewing for operational accuracy and assisting customers with payment questions.
