About The Position

The Supply Chain/Operations Leadership Development Program at TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is designed for recent graduates with a focus on Operations. Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Willingness to relocate to the Upstate of South Carolina (Greenville/Anderson, SC).
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• High energy level and ability to work in a matrix environment.
• At least one completed relevant internship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational program across Supply Chain, Distribution, and Manufacturing functions.
• Complete assignments in various operational roles to gain comprehensive experience.
• Present end-of-rotation findings to the local executive leadership team.
• Adapt to variable work assignments in a fast-paced environment.
