About The Position

The Supply Chain Operations Intern will serve as a member of the Gearing division within the Regal Rexnord organization. Reporting to the Materials Manager at our Renew Canal Street location, this Internship is a unique opportunity for current undergrad students interested in the Supply Chain career paths to contribute to the current and future growth of the Regal Rexnord business. This role will support continuous improvement initiatives and provides an excellent foundation for professional growth with Regal Rexnord.

Requirements

• Student at an accredited university with studies in Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Some experience with ERP systems (Such as SAP) is a plus.
• Flexible and willing to handle a dynamic manufacturing work environment.
• Willing to work in person 5 days a week in Milwaukee.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency in stock replenishment processes.
• Assist in conducting regular audits and reconciling discrepancies.
• Collaborate with suppliers to track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain clear communication to ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Analyze current supply chain operations and identify opportunities for optimization, such as reducing lead times, minimizing costs, or enhancing workflow efficiency.
• Collect and analyze supply chain data, generating reports to support decision-making and highlighting trends or potential risks.
