About The Position

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Expected graduation of winter 2025 or spring 2026.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Participation in extracurricular activities, community organizations, or professional associations.
• Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Operational Excellence Deployment team strategy, roadmap, and investment plan to achieve performance goals.
• Enhance and develop processes, layout, and tools to improve warehouse operations.
• Assist with future system design, site supervision, troubleshooting, and project management.
• Identify, analyze, and implement technology to optimize business processes.
• Leverage LEAN/Six Sigma concepts to reduce process waste and drive cost reductions and efficiencies.
• Champion innovation, simplification, and standardization of current solutions and processes.
