Lead the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain strategies for implementing device service programs across Amazon's Last Mile fleet of vehicles in North America. This role will create and optimize business processes for device service, managing objectives around uptime, customer experience, and service cost. This leader will work across multiple internal stakeholder groups as well as external partners to raise the bar for Amazon’s Last Mile Fleet.

  • Design and implement scalable supply chain strategies and operating models for device service programs across hundreds of locations
  • Create and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes from concept through design, testing, implementation, and scaling
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex device service challenges while maintaining high quality standards and cost efficiency
  • Lead significant cost reduction and performance improvement initiatives across the retrofit supply chain network
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, service, and technology implementation
  • Manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Create and maintain performance metrics and analytics to drive data-based decisions
  • Identify and mitigate long-term risks before they become roadblocks
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
