About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum one year of inventory management and/or materials handling experience.
• High School Diploma.

• Working knowledge of various computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to use email and perform minimal word processing tasks.
• Self-motivated with a quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management and tracking of supply arrivals.
• Reconcile supply needs in designated locations.
• Report supply discrepancies and shipping issues to the team leader.
• Complete required documentation for return of overstock or over shipment.
• Replenish supply locations using manual and automated systems.
• Learn and utilize automated supply management tools and equipment tracking systems.
• Transport cribs, beds, and other patient surfaces as designated.
• Gather and clean used pumps from dirty utility rooms.
