About The Position

The position involves leading the site’s production planning team to ensure alignment with business goals. The role requires analyzing and preparing data for monthly SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) reviews, supervising the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and detailed planning processes, and developing daily and weekly production plans while considering material constraints and inventory targets. Additionally, the candidate will monitor performance against plans and take corrective actions to ensure delivery and quality. The role also includes supporting stakeholder engagement through meetings, reporting, and communication tools, identifying and implementing process improvements using lean and change management principles, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and providing leadership, coaching, and development for the planning team. Collaboration across functions to balance stakeholder needs and drive operational excellence is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management
  • Strong skills in planning, organizing, and performance management
  • Experience with SIOP, MPS, and ERP systems
  • Ability to analyze data, create reports, and communicate effectively across teams
  • Knowledge of costing, budgeting, and negotiation practices
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage complexity, and deliver results under pressure
