Success in this role is defined by the achievement of objective goals such as On Time and In Full Delivery (OTIF), Inventory Fill Rate, Minutes per Opening (MPO), and Inventory Days Outstanding (DIO), while modeling behaviors that put our customers and employees at the center, engaging cross-functional teams and generating as well as participating in a continuous improvement environment. Demonstrated alignment with, and the promotion of our Core Values of Safety, Integrity, and Inclusion will also be critical in this role.
