In this role, you will own and manage the supply chain automation roadmap, leading automation projects both internally and in collaboration with external partners. You will ensure that the entire supply chain is engaged and coordinated throughout the Procure to Pay cycle, including ownership of source documents such as Quotes, POs, and Invoices, and will communicate when assets go into production. You will lead automation projects with internal development resources and external partners, including integrators, hardware manufacturers, and colocation providers. A deep understanding of our system and database is essential to make effective suggestions or decisions on new automation process designs and to develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for the development team. You will roll out new automation processes and tools with stakeholders and partners, including training and consulting to ensure successful adoption and transition. Additionally, you will independently analyze supply chain data, policies, and processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive the implementation of supply chain initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include process engineering, development, implementation, audit, and improvement for assigned sets of supply chain and operations capabilities. You will drive data-driven evaluations of business rules with appropriate decision-makers to ensure optimal performance and ensure execution and compliance. Furthermore, you will drive metric-based continuous improvement efforts in purchasing management processes and ERP deployment, developing and progressing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support business goals and objectives specific to your assigned duties. Lastly, you will routinely manage master data maintenance cadence and activity across supply chain functions.
