ADB is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and continuously improve our end-to-end supply chain operations across the organization. This role is responsible for item catalog governance, inventory integrity, demand planning, vendor management and data-driven performance management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, operationally disciplined, analytically driven, with the ability to translate complex supply chain data into actionable insights for leadership plus a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Drivers License required
  • Up to 20% Travel Ability Nationwide

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within a construction environment/industry strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and govern the enterprise item master; includes creating and classifying items, maintaining a standardized structure, and driving item catalog rationalization and lifecycle governance in partnership with Operations, Finance and Procurement
  • Manage inventory and transactions, from pre-inventory count readiness to post-inventory count reconciliation
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts to translate demand signals into replenishment strategies that align with service level and working capital objectives
  • Identify slow-moving, excess and obsolete inventory to develop and execute obsolescence mitigation strategies, including redeployment, liquidation, or write-down planning
  • Oversee and lead vendor sourcing, rationalization and contract negotiations
  • Develop and manage vendor scorecards to ensure delivery, quality, cost, and responsiveness; drive continuous improvement through regular performance reviews
  • Define, track and manage key supply chain KPIs, including inventory accuracy, turns, fill rate, vendor performance and forecast accuracy
  • Create recurring and ad-hoc supply chain reports using system and analytics tools; perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks and optimization opportunities
  • Serves as a leader for a team and/or department; responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.
  • Performs other position duties when requested
