About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly, efficiently, and with data integrity. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with ERP systems, analyzing data, and coordinating with internal and external partners to keep products moving on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools a plus.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Luminous experience preferred, but not required).
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• Experience with Ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred).
• Experience with WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Track inbound shipments and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain clean, accurate data within our ERP system (Luminous).
• Support the creation and setup of new SKUs.
• Leverage data to provide insights and recommendations that drive operational improvements.
• Monitor and report on core supply chain KPIs.
• Coordinate inbound shipments and build shipping plans with logistics partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors including factories and shipping agents.
