We’re hiring a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to own purchasing, inventory strategy, and supplier performance for a fast-moving manufacturing environment. This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and production — not theoretical, not passive. If you like fixing broken processes, tightening spend, and being the person people go to when materials actually need to show up, this is your lane.

Requirements

• 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, or materials management
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience (required)
• Strong ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Proven vendor negotiation and cost-control experience
• Experience managing 500+ SKUs
• Detail-oriented, decisive, and operationally grounded

Responsibilities

• End-to-end supply chain operations: purchasing, inventory, supplier management
• Forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization
• Vendor negotiations, pricing, contracts, and performance metrics
• ERP-driven purchasing and reporting
• Cross-functional coordination with production, finance, and leadership
• Continuous improvement around cost, lead times, and material flow
