This is an onsite role designed for a leader who thrives on being close to the production floor. This isn't about managing logistics or global sourcing—it’s about the "science" of supply chain. We need an analytical expert who can master usage data, lead times, and replenishment logic to ensure the right materials are on hand exactly when they are needed. The Mission: Precision Planning You will be the architect of the inventory strategy, moving away from guesswork toward data-backed excellence: Strategic Ownership: Design and own the full inventory lifecycle—determining exactly what to stock, how much, and when to pull the trigger on reorders. Replenishment Logic: Build and maintain sophisticated reorder point logic using historical usage data, lead-time variability, and production forecasts. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify inventory risks. You are the first line of defense against both stockouts and overstock, balancing service levels with working capital. ERP Mastery: Leverage ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) to translate operational realities into actionable stocking plans. Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the bridge between operations and procurement, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on stocking levels and production needs.
