Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python
- Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement
- Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams
- Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
- Experience analyzing large datasets and translating them to actionable business insight
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degree in business, data science, engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of supply chain optimization methodologies
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or network planning
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Create innovative solutions that reduce transportation costs while maintaining exceptional delivery standards
Benefits
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market.
- Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
