Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, demand planning, inventory management, production scheduling, and logistics Develop and execute supply chain strategies that drive cost efficiency, service levels, and operational scalability Analyze demand trends and historical data to inform forecasting and supply planning decisions Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to achieve targets related to cost, quality, delivery, and inventory Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency across the supply chain Establish and optimize best practices across: Manage supplier selection, relationships, and performance using key metrics (quality, delivery, cost) Lead, develop, and manage the supply chain team, including hiring and performance management Serve as a subject matter expert and champion supply chain tools, systems, and methodologies Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, MIS, or a related field 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience across areas such as demand planning, supply planning, sourcing, and inventory management 5+ years of people leadership experience Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred
