Requirements

Five plus years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics, Inventory Control, Production Scheduling, Forecasting or related field is needed, preferably in the beverage industry.
Must have strong knowledge of JD Edwards or related ERP Planning Software systems.
Must have strong knowledge of planning software (MPS/MRP/DRP) and planning best practices.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.
Must have strong organizational, analytical, communication, and planning skills.
Direct experience in supervising employees is necessary.

Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
Direct experience in employee supervision is helpful.

Responsibilities

Assist with the development of long-range supply plans for Shareholder filled goods and distribution requirements and services.
Oversee the master production schedule.
Communicate supply plans with Filling, Transportation, Marketing, and Materials Management.
Assist Operations in the development of capital needs that will support the demand plans.
Oversee the planning system parameters.
Provide measurement tools and data to measure performance of production plans to actual.
Oversee the successful execution of the weekly production plans by the facility schedulers/planners.
Work with other functional areas to support Distribution and Company goals and objectives.
