Job Title: Supply Chain Manager Department: Operations Reports to: SCM Team Lead/Sr. Manager of Global Planning Description: Full-time position based at the Pleasant Grove corporate campus. Individual will play a key role in representing Operations in facilitating the commercialization of new products, transitioning products, and seasonal products on a global basis. This position is closely related to our planning and procurement teams and will work closely with them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain/operations, or other equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Supply or related fields
  • Advanced or expert levels Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability with an ability to work with others to ensure timely execution
  • Self starter with the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certificate preferred
  • SAP system experience is a plus
  • Foreign Language skill is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive in stock rates to ensure we are meeting % in stock targets for region
  • Collaborate with planning and replenishment to ensure overall inventory is moving toward ideal levels
  • Create and maintain stock reports for assigned region
  • Liaise with operations groups to remove current obstacles in the supply chain and look for areas of process improvement within operations
  • Partner with the International markets in their assigned region and the international teams at corporate to help support and address concerns
  • Manage timelines for new product launches and coordinate with applicable organizations throughout the company to ensure timely and realistic launches of new products for assigned region
  • Regularly review excess inventory reports from each market and review the market’s plan with finance and the market to ensure avoidance of expiring products
  • Review and work with planning and replenishment to improve all promotion readiness for markets
  • Run commercialization meetings with market when applicable
  • Schedule and run the S&OP meetings for assigned region
