About The Position

OVERVIEW Cadrex is searching for a Supply Chain Manager who is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end supply chain activities within a manufacturing environment. This role oversees procurement, inventory control, production planning, logistics, and supplier management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and finished goods. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to optimize supply chain performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong understanding of procurement, MRP/ERP systems, logistics, and inventory management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain software tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field required

Nice To Haves

  • APICS, CSCP, or related supply chain certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support customer satisfaction
  • Manage procurement of raw materials, components, and services to ensure quality and timely availability
  • Oversee inventory management, including inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and optimization of inventory levels
  • Lead production planning and scheduling activities to meet customer demand and minimize disruptions
  • Monitor supplier performance, build strong supplier relationships, and drive supplier development initiatives
  • Coordinate logistics and distribution to ensure efficient flow of materials and products
  • Analyze supply chain metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
  • Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
